The Paint Shop Team uses professional painting equipment and technology, which fulfil the requirements of standards generally applied in automotive industry, mechanical agriculture, energy sector, steel constructions and others. We own a paint quality laboratory. We can also render services of industrial waste treatment and sale of demineralised water.

Technologic process sequence / grey electrocoating line /

The technological process consists of the following stages:

  1. Degreasing / in two zones /
  2. removal by spraying of contamination from the surface of elements to be painted.

  3. Rinsing
  4. removal of degreasing chemical leftovers.

  5. Activation
  6. covering of the surface of elements with a solution of titanium phosphates.

  7. Phosphating
  8. covering of the surface of elements with layers of zinc nickel and manganese phosphates, which allow for better adhesion of electrocoated paint.

  9. Rinsing with demineralised water
  10. removal of phosphating chemical leftovers.

  11. Pre- drying
  12. removal of rinsing water leftovers.

  13. Ground layer electrocoating
  14. coverage with grey electrocoating paint by dipping method with electric tension applied.

  15. Ultrafiltrate rinsing
  16. removal of excessive paint from the coated element.

  17. Rinsing with demineralised water
  18. removal of excessive paint from the coated element.

  19. Drying
  20. hardening of the electrocoated layer of paint in temperature of 175°C.

We are using chemicals produced by HENKEL to prepare surfaces for painting, and for ground coating we use paints from PPG- Italy.

width – 2400 mm

height – 1900 mm

Technologic process sequence / black electrocoating line /

The technological process consists of the following stages:

  1. Degreasing / in two baths /
  2. removal by dipping of contamination from the surface of elements to be painted.

  3. Rinsing
  4. removal of degreasing chemical leftovers.

  5. Activation
  6. covering of the surface of elements with a solution of titanium phosphates.

  7. Phosphating
  8. covering of the surface of elements with layers of zinc nickel and manganese phosphates, which allow for better adhesion of electrocoated paint.

  9. Rinsing with demineralised water
  10. removal of phosphating chemical leftovers.

  11. Passivisation
  12. sealing of the phosphate layer.

  13. Rinsing with demineralised water
  14. removal of passivisation chemical leftovers.

  15. Ground layer electrocoating
  16. coverage with grey electrocoating paint by dipping method with electric tension applied.

  17. Ultrafiltrate rinsing
  18. removal of excessive paint from the coated element.

  19. Rinsing with demineralised water
  20. removal of excessive paint from the coated element.

  21. Drying
  22. hardening of the electrocoated layer of paint in temperature of 180°C.

We are using chemicals produced by CHEMETALL to prepare surfaces for painting, and for ground coating we use paints from PPG- Italy.

width - 600 mm

height – 1400 mm.

Technologic process sequence / surface layer painting /

The technological process consists of the following stages:

  1. Sealing
  2. filling in gaps and covering of the edges of metal with plastic isolating mass.

  3. Mastics
  4. covering with plastic isolating mass by hydrodynamic spraying of all areas that can be subject to mechanical damage.

  5. Drying
  6. pre-structuring of mastics in temperature of 90°C

  7. Ground layer
  8. covering medium layer by pneumatic spraying.

  9. Drying
  10. hardening of the ground layer in temperature of 130°C

  11. Surface painting
  12. covering with thermo hardening enamel by pneumatic spraying.

  13. Drying
  14. hardening of enamel layer in temperature of 130°C

  15. Conservation
  16. protection of profiles and hard to access spots with wax substances.

We are using HENKEL chemicals for sealing and mastics, PPG products for grounding and surface enamel, and VALVOLINE wax chemicals for conservation.

Waste treatment plant

We offer services in the area of industrial waste treatment. We own a waste collector and waste can be delivered to us by truck cisterns or in containers.

Demineralised water station

We offer selling demineralised water in industrial quantities and by competitive prices / of conductivity up to 5 µS /

Paint shop laboratory

We wish to add that we can also provide services in the area of examination of mechanical parameters of paint layers, such as:

  • adhesion
  • press resistance
  • elasticity
  • shock resistance
  • layer thickness
